Member Success Rep

Pepperlane is on a mission to create a better world for mothers by empowering them to embrace their skills and passions, turn those into small businesses, and do it all on a schedule they decide. We're helping women break the outdated rule that says mothers can't do what they love AND have time for their families, or that flexible employment is limited to only a few skill sets. 

Where We’re Going: 

We've touched more than 500 communities, helping moms (and mom supporters!) sell more than 50 different types of services to their neighbors, and we're just getting started. We want to partner with you to play a trusted, critical role to our community of members. We need your unique experience to help our leaders reach millions of moms all across the world. 

You will:

  • Be passionate about our members’ success and be driven to ensure our members have a delightful experience. 

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward members at all times.

  • Respond promptly and thoughtfully to members’ questions.

  • Become an expert in Pepperlane’s offerings and educate members on the use and benefits of our products.

  • Be a member advocate at your core, and capture valuable feedback on how the team can better serve our community. 

  • Positively contribute to the Pepperlane team culture 

  • Collaborate cross-functionally on projects and tasks as needed- no project is too big or too small.

You are:

  • Thrilled to expand our reach to more moms (and mom supporters) who would benefit from working more on their own terms.

  • A self-starter who takes initiative to see things through to completion. If it needs doing, you make it happen.

  • Eager to take on challenges. When you don’t know something, you embrace the chance to grow and get better. 

  • Known for going out of your way to help people.

  • Patient, an active listener, and naturally empathetic.

  • Excellent at distilling a wide variety of complex information into its simplest forms. 

You have:

  • 3+ years of support experience, previous tech startup experience preferred

  • Experience with MS Office, Google Office, and a wide-range of cloud based programs. 

  • A sense of humor, integrity, and deep empathy for others.

  • Grace under pressure and comfort with ambiguity.
